4. Prescription Refills

We offer refills only if:

• The original prescription includes refill authorization

• The refill period is still valid and compliant with local laws

• The medication is still appropriate based on our pharmacist’s discretion

5. Controlled Substances

Xxpress Pill does not dispense controlled substances (e.g., opioids, benzodiazepines, stimulants) without strict adherence to federal regulations. We reserve the right to deny any suspicious or unverifiable prescription.

6. Expired Prescriptions

We do not accept expired prescriptions. A new prescription must be provided if the original has passed its validity date.

7. Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse any prescription order that:

• Is not issued by a qualified healthcare provider
